Twice elected as President, Mr. Negi was instrumental in developing the organization’s bylaws, launching new initiatives, and guiding UCAC through key milestones. His efforts in organizing community functions and fostering unity have consistently strengthened our foundation and expanded our reach.

Among his proudest achievements is his commitment to supporting development efforts in Uttarakhand—through fundraising, community projects, and maintaining strong ties with our homeland. His work serves as a powerful reminder that our impact extends far beyond borders.

UCAC is proud to introduce Mr. Bharat Singh Rawat, a seasoned financial planner, tax and investment consultant with over two decades of experience in the field of wealth management. Mr. Rawat specializes in personal and corporate taxation, investment strategy, insurance solutions, and retirement planning. His expertise has helped countless families and businesses achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

After completing his post-graduate degree in India, Mr. Rawat pursued his CPA designation from Delaware, USA. He built a successful career in finance and accounting, spending more than a decade with a leading oil and gas conglomerate in the Middle East. During this time, he developed deep expertise in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and strategic business management.

Mr. Rawat holds a master’s degree in finance, is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He remains committed to continuous learning and professional development to better serve his clients and community.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Rawat is actively involved in community initiatives and believes strongly in giving back through education and local development. Known for his integrity, professionalism, and approachable nature, he strives to make a meaningful impact both personally and professionally.

In his personal time, Mr. Rawat enjoys traveling, playing table tennis, badminton, and other activities that bring balance and creativity to his life.
